And on Good Friday we had a different sort of nature scene - hail that was 1 1/2 inches! Got some in my freezer. It had a 1/4" core that was "white" then it was coated in what looked like clear glass. One side was shaped like a saucer you'd sled down the hill on, and the other side was faceted like an amethist gemstone! And felt colder than ice. Well put, I totally agree with you Trish.
