My team serves the Greater Charleston Area of South Carolina, from Edisto Beach to Summerville, Downtown to Daniel Island, James Island and Folly Beach to Kiawah and Seabrook. We handle all types of Residential Real Estate Services: condos, houses, vacant land, heirs property, tax exchanges, rentals and property management. The only thing we do not handle is commercial investments.
Trish Bender
Licensed Realtor serving the LowCountry since 2003. Well versed in Residential resale, land sales, tax exchanges and heirs property issues. Trish lives and works on James Island and owns several rental investment properties around the Charleston area. She is very active in Riverland Terrace where she sits on the board of the neighborhood association and currently serves as president of the historic Riverland Terrace Garden Club. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Southern Wesleyan University and dual Master’s Degrees in Human Resource Management and Information Technology from Webster’s University. Prior to her real estate career, Trish worked as a Marketing consultant and Customer care specialist with BellSouth. In her spare time Trish enjoys organic gardening, nature photography, horticulture and floral design.
